The Floor Plan

We played with the master floor plan for months. We got ideas from a friend in architecture and two contractors. Of all of the renditions of plans and ideas from numerous people, our contractor, Kandel Construction, won us over with his plan.

Trying to fit in a shower of at least 4x6 plus a tub and dual vanities proved hard. And then throw in large walk-in closets without taking too much space from the bedroom. Howard Kandel hit the nail on the head with his plan below. We were blown away and knew things were falling into place.

We couldn’t be happier! Um…yes 9x14 closet :)
